Job Responsibilities

* Assist Industrial Engineers in conducting time studies, motion studies, and work sampling to establish and maintain accurate standard times for manufacturing operations.
* Collect and analyze production data, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement.
* Support the design and implementation of efficient workstation layouts, material flow paths, and production line configurations.
* Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow charts.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) by contributing to root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
* Conduct equipment utilization studies and make recommendations for optimization.
* Help maintain and update engineering documentation, including bills of material, process sheets, and production reports.
* Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure successful implementation of new processes and improvements.
* Assist in training production personnel on new processes, equipment, and work methods.
* Perform basic statistical analysis of production data and generate reports.
