DFM Expert 

Position Overview:
The DFM Manufacturing Engineering Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and process optimization across multiple manufacturing domains. This role will lead New Product Introduction (NPI), Design for Manufacturability (DFM) evaluations, and play a key role in customer support, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives. As a subject matter expert, you will ensure stable, efficient production processes and drive yield improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the technical expert for designated manufacturing processes, providing professional guidance and support.

Lead DFM evaluations, NPI implementation, and process optimization to ensure strong alignment between design and manufacturing.

Assist engineering teams in resolving technical challenges and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Organize and deliver training for new employees and system upgrades.

Monitor and manage process changes to ensure continuous improvement.

Participate in customer audits and on-site technical presentations, providing expert support.

Qualifications:

Extensive hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, with proficiency in at least two process modules.

Familiarity with DFM/A, FMEA, IPC standards, and experience with PCB layout and Valor DFM tools.

Basic knowledge of statistics; experience with DOE (Design of Experiments) is a plus.

Strong innovation mindset with the ability to propose and implement process improvement solutions; capable of writing clear technical reports.

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently; strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills.

Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
