岗位需求

1. 大专以上学历
2.具备5年及以上机械制造行业相关工作经验，精通编程，熟练掌握UG/masterCAM编程软件，能够独立元成复杂零件的编程与调机工作；
3. 熟悉各种工程塑料加工特性（合成石，POM，铁氟龙，波纤板，PMMA等材料）
4. 熟悉三菱、法兰克、西门子、品牌数控系统，具备相关设备操作经验
5. 熟练使用UG软件或其他制图软件建模改图
6.熟悉刀具、夹具、量具的选用与使用，了解加工工艺流程及质量控制要点
7,熟悉各种机加工零配件的工时评估及报价

岗位职责：
1. CNC机台产能的合理分配，最优化的提高产能
2. 刀路编程考虑材料合理布局和加工时间的优化
3. 配合技术团队完成产品加工过程中的技术指导与问题处理，确保产品质量符合标准
4. 参与非标零件的加工工艺设计，结合实际生产情况对加工方案进行优化和改进
5，熟悉数控加工中心、车床及各类数控设备的操作流程，能够独立完成调试与试切工作
6，负责编制加工工艺文件，包括刀具路径、夹具选用、量具使用说明等，提升生产效率与加工精度
7，协助PM（项目管理）人员进行生产进度跟踪与协调，确保项目按时交付；
