1.To execute task as assigned by Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer/ Supplier Quality Assistant Manager / Supplier Quality Manager. To assist SQE in all supplier quality related issue.

2.To perform FAI or to execute inspection as per customer specific requirement.

3.To generate supplier performance report monthly.

4.To review JPPAP and to create Component Inspection Sheet.

To follow up and verify supplier screening result.

5.Ensure that all non-conforming materials held in Receiving Inspection are released to stock or production floor in a timely manner. Provide feedback of issues encountered to SQE.

6.Evaluate component failure rates from production line, collect samples and initiate Failure analysis to drive continuous improvement activity to component manufacturers.

7. To communicate with supplier on Quality issues

8.To follow up on supplier 8d/RCCA

9.To train Technician, SDL & Operator on the quality requirements.

10.To Coordinate supplier screening & RMA return.
