Jabil, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented QA Technician to perform quality inspections and testing of products and processes, ensuring adherence to established standards and specifications.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct in-process and final inspections of products according to quality control plans and specifications.
* Perform various tests on materials, components, and finished goods using appropriate equipment and methodologies.
* Document inspection and test results accurately and completely, identifying and reporting any non-conformances.
* Assist in the investigation of quality issues, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
* Calibrate and maintain inspection and testing equipment, ensuring proper functionality and accuracy.
* Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
* Support the development and revision of quality control documentation, including work instructions and inspection procedures.
* Participate in internal and external audits as required.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
* 1-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
* Proficiency in using various inspection tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems is a plus.
