Manufacturing Engineering Internship

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing and improving manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Support data collection and reporting for production metrics.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
• Help develop and update work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Able to based in Penang Bayan Lepas
