Jabil isseekinga motivated and experiencedOperations Project Manager  to lead and drive the successful execution oftechnicaloperationsprograms and projects within our manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business profitability by coordinating cross-functional teams,aligning resources to meet programobjectivesand working on continuous improvement.The ideal candidate will have strong Engineeringbackground(Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical),project management skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for delivering results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What can you expect to do?

  • Technical background

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned new productsbytakingcomplex technical details of the product andbeable to communicate with internal teams

  • Understanding functionality of electrical components, Dataserversand any other electrical equipment

  • Good understanding oftechnical information like Bill of Materials,floor layout, line balance, capacity and forecast analysis and other IE tools

  • Developing and documenting system and tool functional specifications, KPI’s, educational and training materials and plans,timelinesand flawless execution

  • Program Leadership:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned programs, managing customerrelationshipsand expectations.

  • Develop andmaintaindetailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget.

  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Customer Management:

  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to understand requirements, address concerns, and provide regular updates.

  • Drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing issues andmaintainingopen communication.

  • Collaborate with customers toidentifyopportunities for innovation and value creation.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, and other departments to meet program goals.

  • Facilitate effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders.

  • Identifyand resolve conflicts or resource constraints to ensure smooth program execution.

  • Financial Oversight:

  • Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability.

  • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate program performance and implement cost-saving initiatives.

  • Prepare and present financial and operational reports to senior leadership and customers.

  • Risk Management:

  • Identifypotential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.

  • Monitor progress and adapt plans as needed to address changes in scope or priorities.

  • Lead problem-solving efforts for challenges that arise during program execution.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive initiatives to improve program management processes and methodologies.

  • Capture lessons learned and best practices to enhance future program performance.

  • Support Jabil’s commitment toleanmanufacturing and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

·         Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering philosophies and processes
·         Expert in functional discipline of Manufacturing Engineeringand program management
·         Proven track record in driving and implementing change within and between functional organizations
·         Extremely strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with proven track record in communication, leadership, business analysis, process development, administration, and change management are required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial/mechanical/electrical engineering

  • 6+ years with Master's / 8+ years with Bachelor's experience in program or project management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple programs or projects simultaneously.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficiencyin project management tools and software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
