How Will You Make An Impact?
The HR Data Analyst at Jabil will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and improve HR processes and outcomes across the organization.

Location:

This role will be based on-site at our Florence, KY campus.


What Will You Do?
-Collect, clean, and organize HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, time tracking systems, and other internal databases.
-Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key HR performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover, headcount, recruitment effectiveness, and attendance trends.
-Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR data, providing insights into workforce dynamics, employee engagement, and talent management.
-Utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings clearly and concisely to HR leadership and other stakeholders.
-Support the HR team in developing and implementing data-driven HR strategies and initiatives.
-Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility.
-Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new HR technologies and data analytics tools.
-Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide analytical support for various HR projects.
-Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.

-All other tasks as assigned to meet business needs.

How Will You Get Here?

Education:

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field preferred.

Experience:

-2-3+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably within an HR or business intelligence function.

-Experience with projects when it comes to process improving overtime control processes, time and attendance, dashboards within PowerBI, managing KPI's, etc.

-Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, UKG) is a plus, especially from a reporting perspective.

-Experience in an operations industry environment (or related) is a plus.

-Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

-Must be able to interact with Leadership within the plant.
-Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

-Familiarity with SQL, Python, R is helpful.
-Strong understanding of HR metrics, reporting, and data visualization best practices.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
-Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
