JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for providing functional support and guidance on planning systems and processes, primarily focused on SAP and RapidResponse, with strong involvement in Order Fulfillment, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), MCP and CTS workflows. The role supports the planning organization by helping ensure proper system usage, alignment with business logic, and promoting process standardization and understanding across sites.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a functional expert in SAP (PP/MM) and RapidResponse tools used in planning and materials management.

• Support users by resolving process/system-related questions and providing guidance on proper usage and best practices.

• Provide ongoing support for Order Fulfillment logic, MCP behavior, CTS interpretation, and MPS execution within Jabil systems.

• Help users interpret and act on system outputs by ensuring understanding of planning signals and logic.

• Support documentation, communication, and understanding of site-specific deviations and ensure alignment with OSS standards where applicable.

• Lead or support training sessions for new users, new functionalities, or process changes related to planning.

• Participate in testing and validation of system updates or process changes (UATs).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, purchasing, engineering, etc.) to align system usage with operational goals.

• Document and maintain process flows, SOPs, and planning guidelines to support knowledge retention and continuity.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and escalate them to global support or process owners when applicable.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Solid understanding of planning processes including MPS, MCP, CTS, and Order Fulfillment.

• Hands-on functional experience with SAP PP/MM modules.

• Experience with RapidResponse (Kinaxis) or other advanced planning tools.

• Ability to explain system logic and support users in interpreting planning signals and alerts.

• Familiarity with plant and production configuration in SAP and planning logic dependencies.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to lead or support training activities across multiple sites.

• Capable of working with minimal supervision and managing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to process adherence.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in materials planning, supply chain systems support, or SME-type roles.

• Experience working with SAP and/or RapidResponse is required.

• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus.

• Previous experience in multi-site environments is a plus.
