Job Summary**

The Facilities Services Coordinator at Jabil, Inc. is responsible for the maintenance, operation, and improvement of facilities infrastructure, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment. This role involves managing projects, troubleshooting systems, and implementing best practices to support manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities**

* Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a variety of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and fire protection.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot complex facility equipment and system failures, implementing effective solutions.
* Manage and oversee facility projects from inception to completion, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, and quality control.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations (OSHA), environmental standards, and building codes.
* Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for facility maintenance and operations.
* Monitor and optimize utility consumption, identifying and implementing energy-saving initiatives.
* Collaborate with production, EHS, and other departments to support operational needs and resolve facility-related issues.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment specifications, and facility drawings.
* Participate in on-call rotations and respond to facility emergencies as required.
* Train junior technicians and provide technical guidance on facility systems and maintenance procedures.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in facilities engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building automation systems.
* Proven project management skills, including experience with project planning, execution, and closeout.
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as OSHA, NFPA, and local building codes.
* Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
* Certification in a relevant trade (e.g., HVAC, electrical) is a plus.
