Основні обов’язки:

• Встановлення та налаштування комп’ютерного обладнання, програмного забезпечення, мереж, принтерів і сканерів.
• Моніторинг та підтримка комп’ютерних систем і мереж.
• Вчасне реагування на запити та інциденти користувачів.
• Надання технічної підтримки (особисто, телефоном або онлайн).
• Створення облікових записів для нових користувачів.
• Ремонт або заміна несправного обладнання.
• Тестування нових технологій та навчання користувачів.
• Ведення документації щодо технічних проблем і рішень.
• Регулярне оновлення систем і впровадження заходів кібербезпеки.
