Job Summary

The Business Development Analyst at Jabil Circuit Ukraine Limited will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our business by conducting market research, analyzing data, identifying new opportunities, and assisting in the development of strategic initiatives. This position requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential new business opportunities for Jabil Circuit Ukraine Limited.
• Analyze sales data, financial reports, and other relevant metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommending actionable strategies to senior management.
• Support the development and implementation of business development strategies, including market entry plans and partnership proposals.
• Assist in the preparation of business cases, financial models, and feasibility studies for new projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to gather information and ensure alignment on business development goals.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
• Contribute to the identification and evaluation of potential M&A targets or strategic alliances.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Jabil's product and service offerings and their competitive advantages.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, market research, or business development, preferably within the manufacturing or electronics industry.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, statistical software).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough research, synthesize information, and draw insightful conclusions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian market and/or experience working with international teams is a plus.

Обов’язки

• Проведення глибоких ринкових досліджень для визначення галузевих трендів, конкурентного середовища та потенційних нових бізнес-можливостей для Jabil Circuit Ukraine Limited.

• Аналіз даних продажів, фінансової звітності та інших ключових показників для виявлення напрямків покращення та зростання.

• Підготовка детальних звітів і презентацій із результатами аналізу та рекомендаціями для керівництва.

• Підтримка розробки та впровадження стратегій розвитку бізнесу, включно з планами виходу на нові ринки та пропозиціями партнерств.

• Участь у підготовці бізнес-кейсів, фінансових моделей та оцінок доцільності нових проєктів.

• Взаємодія з внутрішніми командами (Sales, Marketing, Operations) для збору інформації та узгодження цілей.

• Моніторинг і відстеження ключових показників ефективності (KPI) у сфері бізнес-розвитку.

• Участь у виявленні та оцінці потенційних M&A-угод або стратегічних альянсів.

• Підтримка актуального розуміння продуктів і послуг Jabil та їх конкурентних переваг.

Вимоги до кандидата

• Ступінь бакалавра в галузі бізнес-адміністрування, економіки, маркетингу або суміжних напрямів.

• 1–3 роки досвіду в бізнес-аналізі, маркетингових дослідженнях або бізнес-розвитку, бажано у виробничій або електронній галузі.

• Сильні аналітичні та кількісні навички, досвід роботи з інструментами аналізу даних (Excel, статистичне ПЗ).

• Відмінне володіння англійською мовою (усно та письмово), здатність чітко презентувати складну інформацію.

• Здатність проводити глибокі дослідження, узагальнювати дані та робити обґрунтовані висновки.

• Сильні навички вирішення проблем і проактивний, орієнтований на результат підхід.

• Уміння працювати як самостійно, так і в команді в динамічному середовищі.

• Впевнене володіння Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Знання українського ринку та/або досвід роботи з міжнародними командами буде перевагою.
