Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planner to manage production planning, scheduling, and material control for Taiwan Green Point Enterprises Co., Ltd. This role ensures efficient manufacturing operations and timely delivery of products.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and available resources.
* Monitor production progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and adjust schedules as needed to meet production targets.
* Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to optimize stock and minimize waste.
* Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and production departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
* Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
* Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and records.
* Ensure compliance with quality control standards and safety regulations throughout the production process.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience (2+ years) in production planning, material control, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain principles.
* Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is highly preferred.
