Job Summary**

The Manufacturing Engineer I will support the optimization of manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and ensure product quality for Taiwan Green Point Enterprises Co., Ltd. This role involves hands-on problem-solving and collaboration with various departments.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes and procedures.
* Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality.
* Design and implement jigs, fixtures, and tooling to optimize production.
* Participate in new product introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring manufacturability.
* Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
* Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to achieve manufacturing goals.
* Prepare technical reports and documentation related to manufacturing processes.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and production equipment.
* Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Proficiency in English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
