崗位職責：

1.進行首件確認與量產製程穩定度管控
2.即時處理加工異常、品質問題與機台狀況
3.協助加工條件與製程流程優化（轉速、進給、刀具壽命等）
4.跨部門溝通協調（工程、製造、品質）
5.指導新人操作與建立正確加工觀念
6.配合工程端進行製程改善與量產導入

崗位需求：

1.CNC 加工相關實務經驗 5 年以上
2.具帶班、領班或代理主管經驗者佳
3.熟悉 銑床／車床／車銑複合，具其中兩項以上實務經驗
4.能獨立看圖，理解尺寸、公差與加工重點
5.熟悉常用量測工具與品質控管流程
6.可獨立完成首件確認並維持量產穩定
7.具現場管理、問題分析與即時決策能力
8.具良好溝通協調能力，能與工程、品質單位配合
9.具責任感與抗壓性，能獨立帶領產線
10.可配合輪班作業
