How Will You Make An Impact?

The Workforce Planning Analyst is responsible for developing and managing workforce plans to support new business growth, operational ramps, and site expansions. This role partners closely with Operations, Program Management, HR, and functional leaders to forecast staffing needs, track hiring progress against ramp plans, and ensure workforce readiness for program launches. The Workforce Planning Analyst will support the development of hiring strategies, training infrastructure, and reporting mechanisms to ensure alignment between workforce capacity and operational demand.

Location:

This role will be based on-site at our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Headquarters and will require travel roughly 50-70% to various manufacturing sites within the U.S.

What Will You Do?

  • Develop and maintain workforce hiring plans to support business growth, program ramps, and new customer launches.

  • Partner with Operations, Program Management, and functional leaders to forecast headcount needs and staffing timelines.

  • Track hiring progress against approved workforce plans and identify gaps or risks that may impact ramp readiness.

  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on hiring status, workforce readiness, and ramp milestones to leadership.

  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to ensure hiring strategies align with operational ramp schedules.

  • Collaborate with Training Manager and Operations to ensure training programs support workforce readiness for new programs or site expansions.

  • Support the development and implementation of training plan infrastructure, including training content planning, scheduling, and timeline coordination.

  • Monitor workforce ramp progress and escalate potential risks that may impact production or operational readiness.

  • Maintain workforce planning data, dashboards, and reporting tools to support decision-making.

  • Identify opportunities to improve workforce planning processes and reporting capabilities.

  • Support cross-functional ramp readiness meetings and program status reviews.

How Will You Get Here?

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • HR certifications (SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR, SPHR) or analytics / project certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, workforce analytics or data‑related certifications) preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in workforce planning, workforce analytics, operations planning, program management, or related analytical roles.

  • Experience supporting operations or manufacturing environments with large or rapidly scaling workforces.

  • Experience supporting program ramps, facility startups, or workforce expansion initiatives preferred.

  • Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle management.

  • Knowledge of change management practices and organizational transitions.

  • Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional leaders and influence decision-making.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments with evolving operational requirements.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and implement practical solutions.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams.
