How will you make an impact?

As a Warehouse Group Leader, you will coordinate material transfers, ensure inventory accuracy, and support warehouse operations to maintain efficiency. You will also provide leadership in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor, ensuring smooth daily workflow and adherence to company procedures.

What will you do?

  • Material Handling & Coordination:

    • Execute and oversee physical and electronic transfers of received goods.
    • Sort and ship materials according to warehouse planning.
    • Operate material transfer equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Data Integrity & Documentation:

    • Complete necessary receiving and shipping documents.
    • Ensure SAP data accuracy through established electronic transfer procedures.
  • Collaboration & Leadership:

    • Work cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate material receipt, distribution, and shipment.
    • Lead warehouse clerks when the Warehouse Supervisor is unavailable.
  • Compliance & Availability:

    • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
    • Be available for weekend hours as needed to meet departmental and customer demands.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

How will you get here?

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for interactions with managers, clients, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software (SAP preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operational procedures.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Ability to create and interpret graphs and reports.
