The SMT Machine Programmer is responsible for creating, maintaining and optimizing the machine programs across all platforms of Fuji NXT equipment in the factory. This includes:

- New Product Introduction Program Creation and line balancing

- Program revisions due to engineering changes

- Creating shared/common setups/programs to use across common assembly families

- Monitoring machine OEE, downtime causes, component attrition, Preventative Maintenance plans, feeder performance data, and Nexim software applications

Additional responsibilities may include: SPI Program creation, Solder Paste Printing program creation

Requirements:

- Demonstrated knowledge of Fuji SMT Programming, line balancing, setup creation, etc.

- 2+ years minimum SMT experience in an operator/tech/engineering role
