Job Summary**

Jabil Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager for Adversarial Resilience. This role will lead initiatives to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate advanced cyber threats, ensuring the robust security posture of our global infrastructure and applications.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement comprehensive adversarial resilience strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps aligned with Jabil's business objectives and risk appetite.
* Lead and manage red teaming exercises and penetration testing engagements to identify vulnerabilities and assess the effectiveness of existing security controls.
* Drive the enhancement of Jabil's incident response capabilities, including playbook development, simulation exercises, and post-incident analysis to improve threat detection and containment.
* Oversee the continuous monitoring and analysis of cyber threat intelligence to anticipate emerging threats and inform defensive strategies.
* Design and review secure cloud and on-premise security architectures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
* Provide thought leadership and expert guidance on complex cybersecurity issues to senior management and technical teams.
* Mentor and develop a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
* Collaborate with various internal stakeholders (IT, Legal, Compliance, Engineering) to integrate security considerations throughout the software development lifecycle and operational processes.
* Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and solutions to enhance Jabil's adversarial resilience capabilities.

Job Qualifications**

* Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on adversarial tactics and resilience.
* Proven expertise in Cloud Security, including secure configuration, architecture, and threat modeling for major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Deep understanding of Computer Security Exploits and common attack vectors.
* Demonstrated experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence analysis and its application to proactive defense.
* Strong background in Incident Response, including leading and coordinating responses to significant security incidents.
* Expertise in Network Security principles, technologies, and best practices.
* Hands-on experience conducting and managing Penetration Testing and Red Teaming engagements.
* Proficiency in Security Architecture Design, with the ability to translate business requirements into secure technical solutions.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of providing Thought Leadership and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
* Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, OSCP, GPEN, GCIH) are highly desirable.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
