Location:
This role will be based on-site at the St. Petersburg, FL – Gandy Site.
What Will You Do?
Project Management
Manage programs from requirements and architecture planning through validation, certification, production launch, and sustaining handoff.
Develop and maintain integrated scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, milestones, dashboards, risks, issues, and change controls.
Coordinate global electrical, mechanical, optical, touch, firmware, software, quality, sourcing, supplier, test, and manufacturing teams; clarify ownership, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables.
Manage customer and executive communications, design and readiness reviews, action closure, contract commitments, and timely escalation of unresolved issues.
Oversee PCBA workstreams, including design reviews, BOM and component readiness, prototype and NPI builds, verification, production test, yield improvement, and production transition.
Oversee mechanical enclosure workstreams, including materials, tooling, tolerance and fit, structural and thermal considerations, cosmetics, prototypes, and production qualification.
Manage box-build integration and readiness for PCBAs, displays, touch modules, enclosures, cables, firmware, calibration, final testing, traceability, labeling, packaging, and manufacturing ramp.
Ensure functional owners define and complete product requirements, design deliverables, compliance, reliability, and validation for touch performance, image quality, environmental, mechanical, electrical-safety, EMC, wireless, and representative-use conditions.
Coordinate suppliers and manufacturing teams on tooling, component availability, qualification builds, test coverage, yield, end-of-life risks, cost, and recovery plans.
Maintain customer satisfaction, confidentiality, and compliance with company safety, health, security, and quality procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
