一、岗位核心需求
技术型专家。既要主导厂务核心设备的运维与故障解决,并聚焦厂务系统FMCS全生命周期管理与搭建、优化与运维,联动空调、空压机等核心设备,同时推动节能技术落地,减少对供应商的故障依赖,为厂务系统稳定高效运行前提进行节能优化的技术支撑。
二、核心工作职责
负责空调系统(含系统验证)、空压机、冷冻机、冷却塔、真空泵、纯水系统、氮气等 utility 设备的日常运维,定期现场巡查、观测设备状态,确保稳定运行。迅速响应处理设备故障,通过现场实操与技术分析定位故障根源(Root Cause),制定并执行应急方案,减少对供应商的依赖。 主导搭建设施管理系统需求与自控系统的导入与基础编程工作。
系统的需求分析、方案设计与导入落地,涵盖硬件选型(如传感器、控制器)、软件编程(如逻辑组态、数据交互接口开发),确保系统能精准对接空调、空压机、冷冻机、纯水系统等所有厂务设备。
监控 FMCS 系统运行状态,定期现场核查系统与设备的联动逻辑;设备异常时,通过 FMCS 数据追溯与现场实操结合,独立定位故障根源(如信号传输问题、组态逻辑漏洞),制定应急方案并修复,不依赖供应商。
基于生产需求与设备特性,推动 FMCS 功能优化,比如新增设备监控点位、优化控制逻辑以提升设备响应效率;主导厂务设备的 FMCS 自动化改造,将真空泵、氮气系统等纳入统一管控,减少人工干预。
结合 FMCS 数据(如设备能耗曲线、运行负荷),研究新节能技术(如动态调节控制策略);对接供应商提供的 FMCS 升级或改造方案时,从系统兼容性、节能效果、运维便捷性角度提出改进意见,避免原样照搬。
研究新节能技术与理念,对接供应商方案时,结合厂务实际需求提出建设性改进意见,优化方案可行性与节能效果,不照搬供应商方案。
三、任职要求
(一)基础条件
- 年龄要求:35 岁左右,具备厂务维护与 FMCS 系统相关项目经验,有成熟的系统落地与问题解决思路。
- 经验要求:8年及以上厂务 FMCS 系统搭建、编程或运维经验,熟悉空调系统、空压机等厂务设备与 FMCS 的联动逻辑,有医药行业厂务经验者优先。
(二)技术能力
硬技能:精通空调系统、空压机、冷冻机等核心 utility 设备的硬件结构与工作原理,熟练掌握 BMS/FMCS 自控系统编程与导入流程。精通 FMCS 系统架构(如 PLC、SCADA 层级),熟练使用主流 FMCS 编程工具(如 WinCC、Intouch…等)进行逻辑组态、画面开发与数据交互配置。 系统联动与调试:擅长通过 FMCS 后台数据(如设备运行参数、报警记录)分析系统隐患,能快速定位 FMCS 自身(如通讯模块故障)或关联设备(如传感器失效)的问题,制定针对性解决方案。 实操能力:具备设备现场实操经验,能独立完成设备巡检、故障排查与简单维修操作。
