JOB DESCRIPTION 职位描述

• 在土建主管的领导下保障整个厂区的车间，仓库，办公室，外围，卫生间，会议室、特别整个消防系统的定期维护，总览公司的土建改造、消防设施、防水，雨污水管路。
• 日常监督团队及土建、消防供应商完成整个厂区的土建及消防维保，以保证工厂的正常运营不受影响，协助确认供应商维保及项目施工交付满足厂端要求，过程符合安全规定。
• 管理消防值班团队，监督下属并确定消防值班需求,对技术员进行消防设备操作规程的培训。
• 与厂端EHS的协作确保所厂端所有的设备设施都能满足当地政府的消防的要求、EHS的要求及FM的要求，并协助关于消防系统方面的审核及检查。
• 参与现有的车间及办公区改造及后续新建的厂房的设备设施部分满足现有最新消防法律法规的要求，满足规范，配合主管完成审阅改建方案及图纸，确认项目设计中逃生门，逃生指示，喷淋烟感、防火门选型、灭火器选型等满足政府及EHS要求。
• 协助主管进行相关土建报建、消防报建、消防施工监督、消防验收等动作。
• 协助完善整个厂区的消防系统包括喷淋、消火栓、灭火器、气体灭火装置的平面布置图、管路图及系统图，防火分区图、厂区逃生图等所有消防相关的图纸完备。
• 负责土建类消防类维修及项目改造订单,标单制作及招标、项目实施，项目跟踪、项目中期及最终验收结算。
• 其他临时任务。
