【工作内容】

- 参与厂务设备设施系统优化与维护，暖通系统、压缩空气系统、纯水纯化水系统等改造工程项目管理支持，以及洁净室验证测试等配合工作；

- 协助项目经理进行现场协调与沟通，确保项目按期高质量完成；

- 学习并掌握工程相关知识和技能，逐步承担独立项目管理工作；

- 参与公司内部培训及轮岗实践，提升综合管理能力。

【任职要求】

- 本科及以上学历，工程类相关专业优先（如土木工程、装饰装修工程等）；

- 具备良好的学习能力和适应能力，愿意接受挑战；

- 拥有较强的责任心和团队合作精神，具备良好的沟通表达能力；

- 不限工作经验，欢迎应届毕业生或有相关实习经历者应聘。

- 英文CET 4或同等水平，读写良好，能够独立完成英文文件撰写和资料整理。
