Job Summary: 

围绕项目相关表格的系统整理、精准汇总，项目进展及成果类PPT的专业制作，动态追踪项目各环节工作进度，及时协调解决进度推进中的各类问题，确保项目按计划高效落地。

Responsibility

  • 负责项目相关表格的整理工作：收集项目各环节数据信息，按企业规范及项目要求完成表格的编制、核对、更新与归档，确保表格数据准确、逻辑清晰、可追溯。
  • 承担项目PPT制作任务：根据项目进展情况、汇报需求等，梳理项目核心信息、成果数据及推进计划，制作简洁直观、重点突出的项目PPT，支撑内外部项目汇报、会议沟通等工作。
  • 开展项目工作进度追踪：制定项目进度追踪计划，定期跟进项目各任务节点的完成情况，记录进度偏差，及时向领导及相关部门反馈进度信息，推动问题整改，保障项目按时完成。
  • 配合项目团队完成其他支撑工作：协助组织项目会议，整理会议纪要；对接内外部相关部门，保障项目信息传递及时、准确；参与项目相关的文档体系建设与完善。

Knowledge&Skills

  • 熟练操作Office办公软件，尤其精通Excel表格制作与数据处理（如数据筛选、汇总、公式应用等）、PowerPoint课件制作，能高效完成规范、美观的文档与PPT。
  • 具备较强的进度追踪与协调能力，能精准把控项目节点，及时发现并推动解决进度问题，具备良好的问题解决意识。
  • 具备优秀的沟通表达能力与团队协作精神，能顺畅对接内外部人员，清晰传递项目信息，配合团队完成项目目标。
  • 具备严谨的逻辑思维与细致认真的工作态度，确保表格数据、PPT内容的准确性与规范性，具备较强的责任心与执行力。
  • 具备一定的英语听说读写能力，能适应外资企业的英语工作环境优先。
