• 岗位职责：

1、负责对供应商来料的质量进行管理，在进料检验、生产过程检验、客户抱怨等，只要是由于来料引发的质量问题，都要及时反馈给供应商并要求其改善。

2、负责追踪确认供应商的改善报告及实施效果，必要是可以进行现场审核。

3、对现有合格供应商的每月、每季度的质量状况进行统计，对未达标的供应商提出限期整改要求并跟踪。

4、参与新开发的供应商的评估。

5、协助完成供应商样品零件的评估。

6、协助质量部FA样品质量文件的制作。

7、参与其他纠正与预防措施管理。

8、协助质量体系的管理及维护

二、任职要求：

1、诚信、正直、善良，具有较强的责任心和一定抗压能力，能适应出差。

2、较强的组织协调工作能力、人际沟通能力、文字表达能力。

3、能熟练的使用办公软件。

4、熟悉ISO9001、TS16949体系。

5、熟练使用质量工具进行分析，如：五大工具、七大手法以及8D等。

6、大专以上学历，会熟练操作三坐标（海克斯康）、关节臂、激光扫描仪等检测设备，有机械、管道焊接行业，特别是有液冷系统管道工作经验的优先考虑。
