Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Intern-QE to join our team at Jabil Circuit (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. This role provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in Quality Engineering within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist the Quality Engineering team in daily activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
* Support the implementation and maintenance of quality control processes and procedures.
* Participate in root cause analysis of quality issues and contribute to corrective and preventive actions.
* Assist in the preparation of quality documentation, such as inspection plans, test procedures, and reports.
* Conduct basic quality inspections and measurements on products and components.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and engineering, to resolve quality-related concerns.
* Learn and apply various quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram).
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Engineering team.

Job Qualifications**

* Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Quality), or a related technical field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic understanding of quality principles is a plus.
* Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
