岗位职责

负责产线自动化设备的日常调试、参数优化、故障排查，保障设备稳定运行。

协助进行工艺流程改善、效率提升、良率提升相关的电气 / 自动化方案落地。

配合团队完成设备点检、维护、程序备份、标准作业指导书（SOP）编制。

跟进生产异常，分析问题原因，输出改善报告并推动闭环。

协助完成新项目导入、工装夹具调试、自动化线体验证等工作。

遵守公司 EHS、质量、安全及操作规范，确保生产安全合规。

任职要求

2026 届本科及以上应届生，电气自动化、机电一体化、自动化、电气工程等相关专业。

掌握电气控制基础、PLC 基础、传感器、气动 / 伺服控制等核心知识。

了解常见自动化设备（如机械手、输送机、检测设备）原理优先。

具备良好的逻辑思维、动手能力、问题分析与解决能力。

工作认真负责、执行力强，能适应产线现场工作。

愿意在制造 / 制程领域长期发展，学习能力强，抗压性好。
