Job Requirements of the Senior Product Validation Engineer:

• BS degree in Computer Science, Compute Engineering or similar
• 4+ years of server test experience (OS, HW Compatibility, BIOS, UEFI, BMC)
• Work with minimum supervision 
• Broad knowledge of server infrastructure and technologies
• Ability to anticipate problems proactively and take appropriate actions to mitigate impact
• Good communication in both Chinese and English
• Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a rapidly-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes
• Good problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Product Validation Engineer:

• The lead of junior contractor
• Hands on execution
• Assist Test Lead on Test Case and Test Plan creation
• Assist Test Lead on basic test scope sizing
• Create & follow-up all defect life cycle by using bug tracking tools

Prioritize test in daily work base and achieve project milestones
