Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver the development of innovation and compliant thermal design solutions
Align with front end concept architecture teams to implement total solution of system level design
Optimize thermal solutions from total system level perspective
Alignment and collaboration with cross functional teams on providing thermal solutions
Project thermal development leadership for accountable responsibility
Leads internal process improvement initiatives


Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical/Thermal Engineering and with +8 years experience in product design(Server, PC and/or Consumer Electronics a plus)
Communication capability to lead design proposal, presentation, issue triage and value diversity
Ability of using 3D CADand FloTherm thermal simulation tools
Familiar with thermal and acoustic evaluation, validation and issue investigation
Component level and system level analyses, experimentation, and design principles, thermal control experience
Fundamental/advanced technology experience: heat pipes, vapor chambers, heatsinks, thermal interface materials, fans, liquid cooling, heat exchangers

Desirable Requirements:

Self-motivated and proactive

Fluent in English language (verbal and written)
