Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Design Engineer to spearhead the design and development of server and storage hardware solutions. This role involves leading a team, driving design reviews, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to production.

Job Responsibilities**

* Lead and mentor a team of design engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
* Drive the end-to-end design and development of server and storage hardware boards, from high-level architecture to low-level implementation.
* Conduct thorough data assessment and analysis to inform design decisions and optimize performance.
* Perform comprehensive design reviews, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality standards, and industry best practices.
* Oversee debugging processes to identify and resolve hardware issues efficiently.
* Contribute to system-level design, ensuring seamless integration of hardware components.
* Effectively communicate design concepts, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
* Lead by influence, motivating team members and cross-functional partners towards common goals.
* Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.

Job Qualifications**

* Proven experience in Board Development, specifically in Hardware Board level Design for server and/or storage systems.
* Demonstrated expertise in High-Level Design and Low-Level Design (LLD) principles.
* Strong understanding of System Level Design and integration challenges.
* Proficiency in Data Assessment and analysis techniques relevant to hardware design.
* Extensive experience with Debugging methodologies for complex hardware.
* Solid background in conducting and participating in Design Reviews.
* Exceptional Team Communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability in Team Management and Leading by Influence.
