Location/ Division Specific Information:   Grantsville UT/ Second Shift- Mon.- Friday, 3pm MST- 11: 30 pm MST/ S04

How will you make an impact?-

Under limited supervision, responsible for repair, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities. Be a creative and proactive contributor, focused on continuous improvement.


What will you do?  -

• Perform electrical, welding, painting, plumbing, and/or carpentry repairs

• Review plans, create a materials list and cost estimation for future electrical requirements

• Install electrical panels and associated circuits

• troubleshoot and conduct periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required

• Follow Preventive Maintenance Instructions and ensure that the records for such are properly documented.

• May perform or assist in the installation, relocation and reinstallation of new and/or existing equipment.

• May perform or assist in the repair and maintenance of support equipment that includes but is not limited to, air compressors, air dryers, vacuum systems, HVAC, and DI water Systems.

• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.

• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy

• Repair lights of various voltages and service facility circuits throughout the buildings.

• May perform other duties as needed, not listed above

How will you get here? –

Education: 

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent is required

Experience:  

• At least one to three years of manufacturing facility experience is required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:  

• Familiar with using test meters to test for live circuits

• Must be able to diagnose and repair building maintenance issues

• Knowledge and experience in documenting preventative maintenance of equipment

• Willingness to work occasional weekend hours

• Must be able to diagnose and repair building maintenance issues

• Be knowledgeable with tools and materials of the trade
