Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing business requirements and understanding system functionality

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications under guidance from senior team members

• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following development standards

• Support unit testing, integration testing, and defect fixing

• Participate in code reviews and learning sessions to improve technical skills

• Assist in preparing technical documentation and system specifications

• Troubleshoot application issues and provide day‑to‑day support

• Collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams in an Agile / structured delivery environment

• Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in application development, internships, or academic projects

Technical Skills (Technology‑Specific)

.NET Stack

• Basic knowledge of C#, .NET / .NET Core, and ASP.NET

• Understanding of MVC architecture

• Familiarity with SQL Server and basic database concepts

• Exposure to REST APIs and web application development

Python Stack

• Working knowledge of Python programming

• Familiarity with frameworks such as Django or Flask (basic level)

• Understanding of data structures, scripting, and backend concepts

• Basic database exposure (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)

Mendix (Low‑Code Platform)

• Basic understanding of Mendix Studio / Studio Pro

• Knowledge of domain models, microflows, and page design

• Interest in low‑code/no‑code platforms and rapid application development

• Exposure to integrations and APIs is a plus
