Position Summary

We’relooking foranInspection Group Leadto lead a team of visual inspectors and ensure all products meet strict quality standards. In this role,you’llguide your team, resolve quality concerns, and work closely with operations and engineering to keep production running smoothly.

WhatYou’llDo

  • Lead and support the qualityinspectorteam, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

  • Oversee visual inspections and metrology checks to ensure products meet specifications.

  • Maintainaccuratedocumentation and compliance with quality standards (ISO13485, cGMP).

  • Communicate quality data across departments and escalate issues promptly.

  • Promote a “quality-first” culture and support continuous improvement initiatives.

WhatWe’reLooking For

  • Technical school degree (or equivalent experience).

  • At least 1 year in quality control, injection molding, or similar manufacturing environment, at least 1 year in supervising people

  • Knowledge of ISO13485 and strong understanding of quality control principles.

  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and ability to read technical drawings.

  • Attention to detail and commitment tomaintaininghigh standards.
