About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Planner to help us manage production schedules and ensure smooth operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to create and execute plans that meet demand, keep things running efficiently, and improve processes along the way.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with customers and business units to develop accurate demand plans.

  • Create and maintain production schedules based on resources and capacity.

  • Enter and update schedules in our ERP system.

  • Work with operations to make sure plans are executed successfully.

  • Monitor revenue forecasts and take quick action if targets are at risk.

  • Track planning performance and look for ways to improve.

  • Follow company policies and security procedures.

  • Perform other related tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.

  • 1–2 years of experience in materials or planning.

  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with planning software.

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

  • Ability to solve problems and work with numbers (basic math and geometry).

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Fluent in English.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
