About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented technician to manage and improve the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment across our manufacturing site. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our tools are accurate, reliable, and compliant with quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Keep track of calibration schedules and perform internal calibrations on specific equipment.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all calibration and maintenance activities.

  • Support audits and inspections by ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • Train junior staff on calibration procedures and equipment handling.

  • Help plan and coordinate equipment moves and installations.

  • Assess new equipment to determine calibration needs.

  • Analyze data to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.

  • Order spare parts and supplies, and manage vendor relationships.

  • Suggest and implement improvements to calibration processes.

  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and help meet site targets.

  • Follow all safety and quality procedures and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A certificate or diploma in Engineering or Science (preferably Mechanical or Manufacturing).

  • 2–3 years of experience in calibration, maintenance, or quality engineering.

  • Strong understanding of calibration and quality standards.

  • Good communication, organization, and computer skills.

  • Experience with calibration software (e.g., Hexagon, PEMAC, Blue Mountain).

  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on results and safety.

  • Proficiency in Croatian and English

  • Ability to work in shifts

Who You’ll Work With:

  • You’ll report to the Metrology Engineer.

  • Collaborate with Quality Engineers, Technicians, Inspectors, and cross-functional teams.

  • Work closely with project teams and department managers across the site.
