ENG:

As an Equipment Technician, you will play a key role in keeping our production equipment running smoothly and safely. Your work ensures high-quality products, efficient operations, and compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:

  • Keep production equipment in top condition to ensure quality and efficiency.

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and record all work accurately.

  • Troubleshoot and solve technical issues using structured problem-solving methods.

  • Complete scheduled maintenance and calibrations on time.

  • Support safety programs and follow all company policies.

  • Help improve processes for better efficiency and quality.

  • Assist with installing and commissioning new equipment.

  • Manage spare parts inventory.

  • Train and mentor junior technicians.

  • Be flexible to work shifts and travel for training or equipment support.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree or trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or similar field.

  • 3+ years of hands-on technical experience.

  • Experience with automated systems, robotics, and ideally medical device manufacturing.

  • Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and troubleshooting tools.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead improvement projects.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

  • Computer skills (MS Office).

  • Commitment to safety and quality.

  • Basic proficiency in English

  • Ability to work in shifts

Vaš rad osigurava kvalitetne proizvode, učinkovite procese i usklađenost sa svim sigurnosnim i regulatornim standardima. Tražimo osobu s praktičnim tehničkim znanjem, sposobnošću rješavanja problema i željom za stalnim poboljšanjem.

  • Pravovremeno obavljanje planiranog održavanja i kalibracija.

  • Podrška sigurnosnim programima i poštivanje svih pravila tvrtke.

  • Sudjelovanje u poboljšanju procesa radi veće učinkovitosti i kvalitete.

  • Pomoć pri instalaciji i puštanju u rad nove opreme.

  • Upravljanje zalihama rezervnih dijelova.

  • Obuka i mentorstvo mlađih tehničara.

  • Fleksibilnost za rad u smjenama i spremnost na putovanja radi obuke ili podrške.

  • Poštivanje sigurnosnih i regulatornih standarda.

Što tražimo:

  • Srednja škola tehničkog usmjerenja (strojarstvo, elektrotehnika, automatizacija ili slično).

  • Poželjno praktično tehničko iskustva.

  • Iskustvo s automatiziranim sustavima, robotikom i poželjno u proizvodnji medicinskih uređaja.

  • Znanje pneumatike, hidraulike, elektronike i alata za otklanjanje kvarova.

  • Sposobnost rješavanja problema

  • Dobre komunikacijske vještine i sposobnost timskog rada.

  • Računalne vještine (MS Office).

  • Predanost sigurnosti i kvaliteti.

  • Osnovno znanje engleskog jezika

  • Dostupnost za rad u smjenama
