Job requirements:

• In process inspection: Inspection consists of frequent examination of the visual attributes of each product

• Records data: Any information regarding the product or the performance of his or her duties that is deemed necessary by management

• Maintains work area: Keep production area clean. This includes wiping surfaces of equipment, picking up stray plastic parts, removing dust, dirt, and grease.

• Operates Machines: Operating of automated high-speed machines, loading raw materials and packing products.

• May be required to train new employees

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with all departments.

• Maintaining accurate production records and following established SOPs.

• Completes all required training as assigned.

• Conducts all job functions in a safe manner.

• Monitor machine rejects to assure that parts are being sorted and ran on a daily basis.

• Ensure loaders and feeders are continually kept loaded with the correct parts

• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job qualifications

• High school diploma

• Ability to spend long hours walking and standing.

• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.

• Good color perception and good manual dexterity.

• Ability to safely lift up to 10 kg

• Ability to work well with others at all levels.

• Able to work in an orderly, logical manner while paying attention to each detail of responsibility.

• Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), SAP and e-mail skills preferred.

• Experience in manufacturing/healthcare environment, performing assembly, machine operation, and quality inspections.
