How Will You Make an Impact?
As a Material Handler at our Monument, CO facility, you will ensure accurate and efficient movement of materials throughout the manufacturing environment. You will support production by managing material flow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and performing system transactions that keep operations running smoothly. Your attention to detail and commitment to process will directly impact production efficiency and inventory integrity.
Location: On‑site at our Monument, CO facility.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
What Will You Do?
- Manage all material movement to stock, including dock‑to‑stock, MRO, PCB materials, floor returns, and system transactions using scanners or computers.
- Issue materials from stock, including transfers, kits, manual pulls, and highly marketable parts (HMP).
- Perform accurate system transactions and verify material movements to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Conduct cycle counts as required to maintain inventory integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area within assigned zones.
- Support overall material flow to ensure production lines receive required materials in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations as directed by supervision.
- Comply with all company security policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
How Will You Get Here?
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in materials handling, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Basic understanding of inventory control and material handling processes.
- Ability to perform accurate data entry and system transactions.
- Experience using scanners, computers, or ERP systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work within standardized procedures.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

The hourly pay range for this role is $14.86 - $26.73. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: June 29, 2026.
