YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead & Grow a High‑Impact Team – Shape the Industrial Engineering strategy and develop top talent through coaching, mentoring, and continuous development.
• Build the Future Pipeline – Drive recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning for the IE function.
• Own Performance Excellence – Drive key metrics, standardize processes, and champion Lean practices to fuel ongoing improvement.
• Be the Process Architect – Maintain and evolve site process flows while ensuring strong operational foundations and data integrity.
• Boost Workcell Success – Partner across teams to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost performance with smarter processes and technologies.
• Innovate & Optimize – Reduce manufacturing costs, enhance operational effectiveness, and implement new solutions aligned with customer needs.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Understanding and application of broad range of industrial engineering tools (ie. Work measurement, simulation, process mapping, facilities and workstation design, operations research, etc.)
• Understanding of Jabil’s global strategies and direction
• Understanding of site’s facilities, capabilities and how they tie back to the Jabil strategies and direction
• Strong financial and analytical ability
• Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and management continuous improvements and cost reduction programs
  Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
