How Will You Make an Impact?
As a Logistics Supervisor at our Memphis, TN facility, you will oversee and optimize all inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure the accurate, efficient, and cost‑effective movement of materials and finished goods throughout the supply chain. You will lead a high‑performing logistics team, drive process improvements, and collaborate cross‑functionally to meet production demands and exceed customer expectations.

On-site at our Memphis, TN facility.
What Will You Do?
- Supervise, train, and mentor logistics coordinators and material handlers while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Plan, organize, and monitor receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement strategies to reduce discrepancies and optimize storage utilization.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure timely material availability and on‑time delivery of finished goods.
- Manage relationships with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and suppliers; negotiate contracts and ensure adherence to service-level agreements.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies within the logistics department.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to track shipments, manage inventory, and generate accurate reporting.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate overall logistics performance.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports; identify trends and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
- Resolve logistics‑related issues and discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
How Will You Get Here?
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of logistics, warehousing, or supply chain experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and logistics best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills required.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications such as CSCP or CPIM are a plus.
