AUXILIAR DE MACHINE SUPPORT

• Comply with and follow all procedures of the Company's quality policy.
• Comply with all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by Leadership.
• Perform stencil cleaning and validation.
• Perform carrier cleaning and maintenance.
• Perform feeder maintenance.
• Assist technicians in corrective and preventive machine maintenance.
• Support document control of maintenance and calibration activities, ensuring that records are properly completed by the technical managers and forwarded to the control departments in accordance with internal procedures.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the maintenance room, ensuring a safe, functional, and suitable environment for performing technical activities, in accordance with 5S standards.
• Compile data regarding MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) metrics, organizing the information provided by technicians and recording it according to the standards established for analyzing and monitoring equipment performance.
