Job Responsibilities

* Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessment to identify potential new business opportunities and market segments.
* Analyze financial data, sales performance, and customer metrics to identify areas for growth, improvement, and strategic investment.
* Prepare detailed business cases, financial models, and presentations to support new business proposals and strategic initiatives.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and product development teams to gather information, develop integrated strategies, and ensure alignment on business development goals.
* Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or market entries.
* Support the creation of strategic account plans and contribute to the identification of key customer targets.
* Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
* Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and conferences to gather market intelligence and represent Jabil's interests.
* Maintain a strong understanding of Jabil's capabilities, services, and strategic direction to effectively identify and pursue relevant opportunities.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and verbal communication).
* 3-5 years of experience in business development, market analysis, strategic planning, or a related commercial role, preferably within the manufacturing or technology sector.
* Proven ability to conduct thorough market research and synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of financial modeling and business case development.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proactive and results-oriented with a strong drive for business growth.
* Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
