Job Summary**

The Enterprise Solution Specialist at Jabil Inc. is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex enterprise solutions that align with business objectives and drive digital transformation. This role requires a strong technical background combined with excellent communication and project management skills to deliver innovative and efficient solutions across various Jabil business units.

Job Responsibilities**

* Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise-level solutions, including ERP, CRM, PLM, and other core business applications.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and translate them into technical specifications and solution architectures.
* Develop comprehensive solution designs, including technical diagrams, data models, and integration strategies.
* Manage the full project lifecycle for assigned solutions, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Work closely with development teams, external vendors, and other IT departments to ensure successful integration and deployment of solutions.
* Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and performance of deployed solutions.
* Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for complex enterprise solution issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective resolutions.
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions that enhance business operations.
* Create and maintain detailed documentation for solution designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
* Deliver training and support to end-users and IT staff on new and existing enterprise solutions.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise solution design, implementation, and support, with a strong focus on large-scale business applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
* Proven experience with solution architecture methodologies and frameworks.
* Strong understanding of business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and sales.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
* Demonstrated experience with system integration technologies and platforms.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, global environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
