数据挖掘与应用工程师

岗位职责：

数据处理与探索

• 接入、清洗、整合工程相关数据，进行数据探索分析，为后续建模打下坚实基础。

模型开发与应用

• 利用机器学习、深度学习等算法构建模型，解决用户画像、智能推荐、风险控制等业务问题，并推动模型在实际业务中的落地。

数据分析与洞察

• 通过统计分析、因果推断等方法，定位业务问题，发现规律，输出高质量的数据分析报告，支持业务决策。

数据平台建设

• 参与构建和维护大数据平台、用户画像系统、数据分析平台等数据基础设施，提升数据处理与分析能力。

业务支持与赋能

• 将分析结果和模型成果转化为可执行策略，构建应用智能体，为工程改善、生产运营及决策提供数据支持。

任职要求：

编程与工具

• 熟练掌握 Python、Java、C++、R 等一种或多种编程语言。
• 熟悉 Hadoop、Spark、Hive 等大数据生态系统。
• 精通 SQL（如 MySQL），了解 NoSQL 数据库。

数学与算法

• 具备扎实的概率论、数理统计、线性代数基础。
• 精通常见机器学习/深度学习算法，如回归、分类、聚类、神经网络、决策树、支持向量机（SVM）等。

业务与软技能

• 能够将业务问题转化为数据问题，推动数据价值实现。
• 对数据敏感，善于发现规律和问题，具备良好的沟通与协作能力。

学历与专业背景

• 本科及以上学历，人工智能、计算机、统计学、应用数学、数据科学、大数据相关专业。

语言能力

• 英语六级，具备良好的英文文档阅读与沟通能力，口语流利优先。
