JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Commercial Finance Assistant Manager to act as a Finance Business Partner, working closely with commercial teams to enable business success through collaborative financial planning and insightful analysis. This role will focus on building strong partnerships, providing data-driven recommendations, and ensuring financial strategies align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with business leaders to translate financial insights into practical solutions.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis to optimize resource allocation.
• Ensuring compliance and financial governance while empowering growth initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·         Weekly and Month end costing analysis and Inventory analysis for business unit and make accounting entry for adjustment if necessary. Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements, and propose feasible improvements plan in those areas.
·         Business unit financial report analayis and update, including variance analysis of workcell statement vs forecast, quarterly forecast analsyis and weekly analysis & update for the current quarter forecast for Workcell. Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to improve results.
·         Cash flow management for business unit, including Account Receivable, Account Payable, Inventory and CAPEX investment management. Monitor cash flow performance and develop strategies to improve results, including negotiating terms with vendors and suppliers.
·         Participate into new business review and quotation analysis, including quotation review, MSA contract review and assist business unit to complete system setup for new business. Business unit quotation analysis, assist business unit to work out competitive quotation, analyze the variance between actual statement and quotation.
·         Analyze customers and competitors regularly, and provide constructive suggestions to help the business improve its competitiveness.
·         Develop financial model, provide constructive business solution and Continuous improvement, enhance lean culture.

·        Support/Lead the digital transformation of the department.

·        Daily risk management. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures, Monitor compliance with laws and regulations etc.

·        Assist financial controller to manage the team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS & EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
·         Accounting / Financial bachelor's degree or above.
·         CET6 or above, and excellent at listening, reading and writing, fluent oral English.
·         General financial analysis capability and business insight.
·        3 years or above overall finance experiences.
·        Very familiar with MS-office, SAP, Power BI, Power Automate, AI etc.
·         Strong sense of ownership, self-driven, full enthusiasm, patient and teamwork spirit.
·         Ability to organize and work independently & Ability of multi-dimensional data analysis.

·         Excellent at communication, quick learner and creative thinking.
