JOB SUMMARY

Talent Management Analyst will assist with administration, research, communication, and implementation of methodologies, processes and tools for Talent Management Center(s) of Excellence. As a shared resource, he/she collaborates with team members and other HR, HD and Jabil colleagues to create and maintain a solid infrastructure and data repository for the successful operations and ongoing development of the Strategic Workforce Planning and Organizational Effectiveness Center of Expertise (COE) teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

TEAM SUPPORT, WEBSITE AND CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT
·         Create, design and maintain COEs’ internal websites, files, document standards and appropriate controls file repository to ensure appropriate data access, version control, security and integrity.
Demonstrate ability to work well with team members and business colleagues in the delivery of benefit initiatives as assigned.
Define process and tool requirements and provide support through meeting participation, project coordination and documentation.
Create and maintain repository (files and directories) of COE tools, document standards, surveys, templates, shared directories and files.
Schedule, coordinate logistics and facilitate internal HD meetings associated with related processes, engagements and workshops.
Continuously identify, coordinate and in some cases, lead efforts to improve effectiveness, process improvements and efficiencies within team including LEAN projects, document control, metrics tracking, collaborative tool recommendations.
·         Participate in team projects that address strategic initiatives as directed by COE management an act as internal project lead for team’s website design, development and ongoing maintenance.

DATA COLLECTION, ORGANIZATION AND SHARING
·         Research, gather, summarize and maintain a data repository for best practices, conferences, certifications, publications, benchmarks, white papers, industry contacts and vendors as well as related tools and processes.
·         Read, analyze, interpret and communicate regarding COE technical journals and statistical benchmarks.
Assist in the design and development of accurate dashboards, templates and standard tools, visual aids and materials used to educate, inform and influence the decisions of HD, HR, and business leaders.
·         Create new and leverage existing content from a variety of internal and external resources, tools and visual aids to effectively organize and present data, trends, processes to enhance business impact.

Develop data collection or survey tools and manage internal data collection, version controls, engagement contracts and customer satisfaction surveys to ensure data is accurate, up-to-date, organized and readily accessible, when needed.
Run or coordinate report production using internal data and systems, consolidate and analyze data collected for trends.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROJECT COORDINATION
Create, coordinate and oversee inter- and intra-team project plan creation and related templates.
Act as internal project lead for OE or SWFP supporting global initiatives including development of, and maintenance to, project plans, communications, website and status updates
Provide support to HD, HR, & Business professionals who utilize team tools and processes.
·         Contact and collaborate with vendors as appropriate to support COE contracts and engagements.
·         Provide on time delivery of requirements on all assignments and projects. .
·         Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy and copyright laws.

·         May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
·         Strong planning, organizational skills and collaborations skills to effectively prioritize and partner with a range of individuals globally to ensure successful team operation and support.
·         Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; clear, concise & professional with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization and respond to questions or issues on methodologies, processes or tools.
·         Excellent relationship building and internal process facilitation skills.
·         Knowledge of Human Development or Human Resources related practices and experience applying these practices in support of team capability development.
·         Competence in conducting research on best practices and related trends, organizations and available resources.

·         Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint), Visio and e-mail skills and document control required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
·         Bachelor's Degree in a discipline such as Business, HR, Organizational Development or similar field.
·         Three (3) to five (5) years’ work experience in a related field (e.g. Learning & Development, HR, Talent Management).
·         Experience in report generation, project management or data analytical tools and/or process mapping preferable.
·         Experience in, or desire to enter the field of, Talent Management and further develop analytical skills.
·         Experience collecting and organizing data from multiple sources as well as coordinating meetings and initiatives globally.
·         Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
