The primary responsibility of the Enterprise Solutions Specialist I will be to provide functional support for Jabil’s in-house Document Control Management System (JDoc) within the SAP environment, including its integration ecosystem, particularly the Cideon Conversion Engine. The position will be responsible for ensuring system stability, supporting end users, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining seamless integration between business applications.
From a technical and functional perspective, we are looking for candidates with experience in the following areas:
  • SAP Fiori
  • SAP Workflow
  • Document management solutions
  • SAP PLM
Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)
  • DCMS Experience: Strong knowledge of DCMS, including user administration, workflow management, troubleshooting, and operational support.
  • Cideon Experience: Support the integration between JDoc and the Cideon Conversion Engine, ensuring accurate metadata stamping and for automated CAD-to-neutral file (PDF) conversions in SAP. 
  • Database Knowledge: Ability to perform basic database queries, analyze data, and diagnose system or integration failures.
Operational Competencies (Soft Skills)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience working within ticket-based support environments and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ability to document incidents, root causes, corrective actions, and  support documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively support and collaborate with internal users and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Language Requirements
  • Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
