• Prepare monthly and quarterlyforecasts forassigned cost centers, functions, or business units
• Prepare Actual vsForecast and Actual vs Budget variance analyses
• Perform detailed cost variance analysis by nature and provide insights to management
• Compute and prepare dataforjournal entries; review general ledger and relatedfinancialstatementsforreasonableness
• Prepare variousfinancialanalyses and reports forinternal management use
• Make recommendationsforfinancialpolicies and guidelines to improve the company’sfinancialposition
• Ensure finance-related processes, policies, and deliverables comply with SOX baseline and control requirements
• Manage and support internal and external audit requirements
• Support ad-hoc tasks and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Strong skills in developingfinancialanalysis using Power BI, dashboards, and VBA to improve data efficiency
• Strong scenario planning andfinancialmodeling capabilities
• Ability to effectively presentfinancialinformation and respond to questions from management and stakeholders
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Advanced PC skills, including training and working knowledge of Jabilfinancialand reporting systems
• Strong numerical skills, including ability to compute rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret graphs
