Job Title: Assembler

Location: Florence, Kentucky
Employment Type: Full-Time

Sunday -Tuesday and every other Wednesday. 6a.m -6p.m. Within a climate-controlled environment.

Summary

Under limited supervision, the Test Infrastructure Associate performs a variety of semi-routine technical assignments by following established procedures. This role supports the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures for routine assignments; receive instructions on new tasks.
• Load and unload test fixtures accurately and safely.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment using layout plans, blueprints, manuals, or sketches.
• Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and document activities per program requirements.
• Assist in the movement and installation of equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations and company security policies.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a relevant production or maintenance role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency in using basic and specialized hand tools and leveling instruments.
• Understanding of safety practices and compliance requirements.
• Basic computer skills in Windows environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email).
• Familiarity with maintenance tracking programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required job-related certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
