5. Kỹ năng: Thành thạo vận hành máy ép nhựa Fanuc và cánh tay robot

Nhiệm vụ công việc

1. Kiểm tra máy móc, thiết bị phụ trợ và các cơ sở xung quanh mỗi ngày
2. Chịu trách nhiệm lắp/dỡ khuôn, nạp nguyên liệu và kiểm tra sản phẩm đầu tiên khi khởi động máy
3. Xử lý các bất thường về chất lượng sản phẩm hoàn thiện
4. Quản lý dây chuyền máy, hệ thống nước và thực hiện 5S trong khu vực làm việc
5. Bảo dưỡng khuôn hàng ngày
6. Tuần tra và theo dõi chất lượng sản phẩm trong khu vực
7. Báo cáo các bất thường

Qualifications & Requirements
1. Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
2. Education: Associate degree or above
3. Major: Injection Molding, Mechanical & Automation
4. Knowledge: Familiar with the properties of plastic raw materials
5. Skills: Proficient in the operation of Fanuc injection molding machines and robotic arms

Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct daily inspection of the machine, auxiliary equipment and surrounding facilities
2. Responsible for mold loading/unloading, material feeding, and first article inspection during machine startup
3. Handle general quality abnormalities of finished products
4. Manage the machine lines, water circuits, and implement 5S in the work area
5. Perform daily maintenance of molds
6. Patrol and monitor the product quality in the area
7. Report abnormalities
